I’m a mom of two amazing daughters, a dog lover (we’ve had up to four rescues at once!), a wife to a wonderful and supportive husband, a tennis enthusiast, and an in-taker of information —constantly learning, growing, and diving deep into all things holistic health. 🌿✨

My passion for wellness began when my daughter was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease at just 5 years old. That journey led me to discover the incredible power of the body to heal when given the right support. And guess what? She’s been autoimmune-free for over seven years! 🙌🏼 Her middle name is HOPE - my business namesake. 😊

That experience lit a fire in me to help others not just survive, but truly thrive. I believe we only get one shot at this life, and I want to help YOU live it with joy, balance, and vibrant health.
